pub203 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pub203" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at pub203.app, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Operator" refers to the legal entity that holds the PAGCOR license and operates pub203.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses pub203 in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile and associated wallet created upon successful registration on pub203.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP) or other accepted currency deposited by the User into their pub203 wallet for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by pub203 to a User's account under specific promotional terms and subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations, involving the submission and review of government-issued identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory authority for gaming in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" refers to countries, territories, or regions from which access to pub203 is restricted under applicable law or PAGCOR licensing conditions.

Your access to and use of pub203 is subject to your full acceptance of this Agreement. Acceptance is deemed to occur upon any of the following actions: (a) completing the account registration process on pub203; (b) accessing the platform as a guest or registered user; (c) making a deposit or placing a bet; or (d) continuing to use the platform after notification of any amendment to this Agreement.

This Agreement applies to all Users of pub203, regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. No separate or superseding agreement shall be implied through any course of dealing, trade usage, or prior negotiations unless expressly set out in a written agreement signed by an authorised representative of pub203.

Use of pub203 for real-money gaming is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino operations in the Philippines. pub203 strictly enforces this age requirement through KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds subject to review.
• You are accessing pub203 from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing and using pub203 for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR cooling-off period, or court order that restricts your participation in gambling activities.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by pub203 for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.

4.1 Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on pub203, you must create a registered account using a valid Philippine mobile number. You may only hold one (1) registered account on pub203 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and any associated balances.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. pub203 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended), pub203 is required to verify the identity of all registered Users prior to authorising withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include any of the following: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's license, Philippine passport, or Voter's ID.

KYC documents will be reviewed by pub203's compliance team. Approval is typically granted within a few hours of submission. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC has been successfully completed. pub203 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required to meet its regulatory obligations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to immediately notify pub203's support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pub203 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

5.1 Deposits

pub203 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and supported cryptocurrencies (USDT and other major tokens). The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100 for e-wallet transactions. Deposits are credited to your pub203 wallet upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

pub203 does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts, stolen payment instruments, or any source connected to unlawful activity. All deposited funds are subject to AML screening. pub203 reserves the right to return deposits without explanation where AML or fraud concerns arise.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day.

pub203 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed where: (a) KYC is incomplete; (b) a suspicious transaction alert is triggered; (c) a chargeback or dispute is pending on the account; or (d) the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.

5.3 Player Fund Protection

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, player funds held in pub203 wallets are maintained in accounts segregated from the Operator's operational capital. This segregation ensures that your deposited funds and winnings are protected and cannot be used to meet pub203's operational expenses.

All bets placed on pub203 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game type, as displayed within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to bet settlement; these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Voidance

pub203 reserves the right to void or refuse any bet at its sole discretion where: (a) the bet was placed after the relevant event commenced (except for live in-game markets expressly designated as such); (b) the odds were manifestly erroneous due to a technical error; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity. Voided bets are refunded to the User's wallet.

6.2 Live In-Game Betting

Live in-game betting markets are governed by additional rules specific to the relevant sport or event. pub203 accepts no responsibility for delayed data feeds, telecommunications outages, or information discrepancies affecting live betting outcomes. Bets placed on suspended or subsequently closed in-game markets after the market suspension event are void.

6.3 Casino Game Results

The outcome of all non-live casino games (slots, table games, and other RNG-based games) is determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. pub203 does not interfere with or influence game outcomes. Live casino results are determined by physical events in a professionally produced studio environment. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.

pub203 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• pub203 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being accepted by the User.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other strategies designed to exploit promotional terms — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• pub203 reserves the right to amend, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where, in its reasonable opinion, there has been an error in the crediting of bonus funds or where the User has breached applicable promotional terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub203 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to the relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts (whether personally or through proxies, associates, or third parties).
• Misrepresenting your age, identity, or eligibility during registration or KYC.
• Using fraudulent payment instruments, including stolen credit or debit cards, or fraudulently acquired e-wallet funds.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using pub203 as a conduit for the movement of illegally obtained funds.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to access, interact with, or manipulate pub203's platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or any other conduct that manipulates sporting or game outcomes.
• Permitting or facilitating access to your pub203 account by any person under the age of 21.
• Accessing pub203 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under applicable law.

pub203 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harm associated with problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Users and are accessible from Account Settings at any time without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automatic reminders to alert you after a specified session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from pub203 for a minimum period of one (1) month up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All intellectual property on pub203 — including but not limited to the pub203 brand name, logo, platform design, user interface elements, game content, software, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pub203 solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from pub203 without written consent; (b) use pub203's branding or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation; or (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software used on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub203 and its Operator, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of pub203, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical failures, or any other commercial losses.

pub203's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub203 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pub203 makes no representations as to the suitability of its services for any particular purpose. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

pub203 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time as requested by pub203.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Receipt of a court order, PAGCOR directive, or other lawful authority requiring account restriction.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the User or a third party acting on their behalf.
• Prolonged inactivity, as defined in pub203's operational policies applicable from time to time.

Upon account closure, the User's remaining Real Money Fund balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the User via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable time, subject to completed KYC and compliance clearance.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to your use of pub203 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through pub203's internal dispute resolution process — by contacting pub203 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. pub203 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channel. Users may also seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any unresolved dispute.

pub203 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in PAGCOR requirements, applicable Philippine law, platform features, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via their registered mobile number or email address (where provided) and/or by prominent notice on the pub203 platform.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page as the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of pub203 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pub203 immediately and may request account closure.
